After countless trials, I have finally done it. The pattern that both encapsulates me and the photos (you didn't think that I would leave out some personal inspiration... did you?). It gives life in all the right ways with a nice psychedelic twist.
Following the photos in my most previous blog post, I took inspiration from the color blocking found in the coke machine, the offset path found in the hexagon, the leaves from the plant, 'swirly' design found in the stairs, perfect scaling found in the lockers, and finally the straight sections found in both the ceiling and security glass patterns. The emphasis on the black and white design was partly from inspiration found in the lighting design and to make the colors a focal point. The rainbow design was fully my own, queer led, idea. I also wanted to make use of symmetry as well as balancing and offsetting the design with both sharp edges and soft circles.
With that being said, here it is in all it's glory, for you to feast on with your eyes.
Until next time,
- renderme3d
